CHOCOLAT MOUSSE.



CHOCOLAT MOUSSE





INGREDIENTES:
  • 100g of chocolate
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 50g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1sponful flour
  • 1 glass of cream

PREPARATION:

  • 1st step: Melt the chocolat.
  • 2nd step: Whip the eggs and mix with the milk.
  • 3rd step: Whip the cream and mix with the sugar.
  • 4th step: Mix all the ingredients.
  • 5th step: Put the mixture in a boul and let in the refrigerator for 20'

Serve in individual cups.
